If you require a exchange/refund please fill out the printed sheet within your parcel and ship back to Boss Boutique Headquaters, your exchange/refund will be proccessed within 15 days.

*Please Note- if the printed form is not filled in and your items are not returned within 14 days no refund will be rewarded*

All orders will either go out to post the same day or the next day in which you order them. (Excludes Saturday & Sunday)

All orders are posted first class signed & tracked via Royal Mail.
